- 6 eggs
- 60 g almonds
- 60 g walnuts
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- salt
- Thyme
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a baking tray with coconut oil.

Separate the eggs and beat the whites into stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, ground almonds, ground walnuts, melted coconut oil, salt and thyme.

Slowly add the yolks to the whites. Mix carefully so it stays thick.

Pour it into the prepared baking tray and bake for 20‑25 minutes until golden brown.
