You'll be done in 30 minutes and besides the delicious taste, it's also an extra photogenic treat for instagram. So, here's the plan:

Per 4 portions
- 70 g low sugar protein pancake & waffle mix
- 70 ml water
- vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 30 g coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

Mix the pancake mix with water in a bowl and let stand for a while.

Then stir in the vanilla extract.

For the cinnamon filling, mix ghee, coconut sugar, cinnamon and put the mixture in a sturdy bag and cut a corner off (or you can use a pastry bag for decorating).

Prepare the fritters in a little oil and spread the cinnamon filling on top in a spiral shape. Let them fry under the lid and turn them over after two minutes.

Serve with prebiotic toppings and a topping of creamcheese and maple syrup, you can also add cottage cheese for more protein and fruit for freshness.
