- 70 g low sugar protein pancake & waffle mix
- 80 ml water
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 egg
- coconut oil spray
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- forest fruit
- wildflower honey

In a bowl, mix the low sugar protein pancake mix, a teaspoon of spirulina, water and egg and let the mixture sit for 1 minute.

Then pour the batter into a pan with a little oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Stack the finished pancakes and decorate however you like. We chose Greek yogurt, fresh berries and honey.
