Instructions
-
First, prepare all the ingredients.
-
In a bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, protein and a pinch of salt.
-
Then stir in cashew butter, maple syrup and milk (if desired).
-
Divide the resulting mixture into small muffin tins or silicone ice cube trays and press it evenly to the bottom.
-
Prepare the caramel by mixing the peanut butter, syrup, coconut oil, vanilla stevia drops and a little salt.
-
Layer the caramel in the moulds over the flake base.
-
Then put chopped almonds on top of the caramel (you can put any other nuts you like, like peanuts).
-
Melt the chocolate with the cocoa and coconut oil in a water bath and then pour it evenly over the caramel layer.
-
Sprinkle the top lightly with salt flakes and put everything in the fridge or freezer to set for a while.
-
Then just take out of the moulds and serve. So good taste!
