Instructions

  1. Mini Snickers SliceFirst, prepare all the ingredients.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, almond flour, protein powder and a pinch of salt.Mini Snickers Slice

  3. Then stir in cashew butter, maple syrup and milk (if desired).

  4. Divide the resulting mixture into small muffin tins or silicone ice cube trays and press it evenly to the bottom.

  5. Prepare the caramel by mixing the peanut butter, syrup, coconut oil, vanilla stevia drops and a little salt.

  6. Layer the caramel in the moulds over the flake base.Mini Snickers Slice

  7. Then put chopped almonds on top of the caramel (you can put any other nuts you like, like peanuts).

  8. Melt the chocolate with the cocoa and coconut oil in a water bath and then pour it evenly over the caramel layer.

  9. Sprinkle the top lightly with salt flakes and put everything in the fridge or freezer to set for a while.
