- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 5 g grass-fed ghee
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices hard cheese
- 1 slice rocket
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 10 g avocado
- 1 tbsp ketchup
Instructions

Melt ghee in a pan and add slices of good quality bacon of your favourite hard cheese in the middle of the pan. We chose the classic eidam this time.

Crack the eggs and pour them around the roasting ham and cheese. On top of the cheese, add 2 slices of toast and flip the whole thing over.

Spread with ketchup, throw lettuce or arugula in the middle, slice tomatoes and fold the omelette in like a sandwich. Open and enjoy.
