Instructions

  1. Watermelon Ice CreamFirst, cut a circle of watermelon about 2 cm thick. Hollow out the inside. Be careful not to break the skin, we will still need it.

  2. Then put the sliced watermelon in the blender. Add the non‑fat cottage cheese, protein powder, nut butter and lemon juice. Blend.

  3. Then just pour the blended mixture into the watermelon rings. Sprinkle with blueberries and place in the freezer, ideally overnight.Watermelon Ice Cream
