- 400 g watermelon
- 100 g currant
- 10 g chicory syrup
- 100 g Clear Whey Isolate

The preparation of the popsicles is absolutely simple.

Place all 4 ingredients (protein, strawberries, currants, seedless melon, syrup) in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, stick the sticks in and put in the freezer for at least 2‑3 hours. Preferably overnight.

Then just take it out and enjoy!
