This is a perfect recipe for a party, brunch or a quick dinner – you just add a few ingredients, throw it in a pan, and you're done. Made from turkey, these patties are light, full of protein and very filling. And if you add some mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes or a green salad, you have a proper lunch. Let's try it! 🚀

Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the turkey meat. Mix it with the remaining ingredients and add seasoning according to your own preference.

  2. Form small patties from the mixture (approximately 80g raw, about 1.5 cm thick).

  3. Spray a little bit of ghee into a heated frying pan and fry the patties, covered, on both sides until golden brown (about 4‑5 minutes on each side).

  4. Serve them as a lunch with your favourite side, or as a party nibble with your favourite dip.
