- 600 g of turkey breast fillets
- 140 g sweetcorn
- 1 egg
- 30 g plain flour
- 45 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 20 g fresh herbs
- 40 g gouda
- salt
- pepper
- garlic granules
- ghee butter spray
Instructions

Clean and dice the turkey meat. Mix it with the remaining ingredients and add seasoning according to your own preference.

Form small patties from the mixture (approximately 80g raw, about 1.5 cm thick).

Spray a little bit of ghee into a heated frying pan and fry the patties, covered, on both sides until golden brown (about 4‑5 minutes on each side).

Serve them as a lunch with your favourite side, or as a party nibble with your favourite dip.
