Per 15 portions
- 400 g ready-to-eat turkey meat
- 100 g mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp chilli
- 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

In a large bowl, mix all the ball ingredients together.
Using your palm, create symmetrical balls. Transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15‑20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and remove any extra fat (if needed) with a spoon.

Pour over the sauce made from melted ghee and other sauce ingredients listed.

Put them back in the oven and bake for another 5‑10 minutes, until golden crust forms on the balls.
