Per 4 portions
- 500 g turkey breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp spelt flour
- 70 g tomato puree
- 1,5 l water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- pinch chilli
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- pepper
- himalayan salt
Instructions

Roughly chop the onion and fry it until golden using olive oil or ghee.

Dice your meat and add it to the onion. Season it, add salt and pepper, and then dust it with the spelt flour. Add chopped tomatoes and button mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes or so.

Add tomato puree.

Add some boiling water. Mix in the chicken stock and leave it to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add some minced garlic or garlic granules and more salt, according to your taste. Serve it with bread or a different side dish.
