We have a tip for a quick lunch ideal for a hot summer day. This salad is full of protein thanks to our R2E turkey meat, which you don't have to cook. You have a well‑rounded meal on the table in a matter of minutes, which means only one thing: minimum time in the kitchen, maximum time for summer.
It is also a great salad for your lunch box, great for work, travels or a part‑time job.

Per 4 portions
- 250 g spelt pasta
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 150 g cucumber
- 120 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g canned sweetcorn
- 1/2 avocado
- 120 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp full fat mustard
- 400 g ready-to-eat turkey meat
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- garlic granules
- onion granules
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the packet and leave it to cool.

Dice the vegetables and meat and add them to the pasta together with the corn.

Mash the avocado using a fork and then add it to the pasta salad together with the mustard and yoghurt.

Season with garlic and onion granules, basil, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly so the flavours can combine, and serve.
