Vilgain Mustard – honest mustard from non-defatted seeds

Traditional full-fat mustard made from finely ground non-defatted seeds of white mustard (Sinapis alba) and brown mustard (Brassica juncea). The natural oil content from the seeds is an important indicator of quality and gives the mustard a full flavor and valuable unsaturated fatty acids.

Vilgain full-fat mustard contains no gluten or synthetic colorants. Its beautiful yellow color comes from turmeric. It is completely free from added preservatives and its pleasantly sharp taste perfectly complements meat, salad dressings, sauces, and dips.

Vilgain Mustard highlights:

  • mustard from non-defatted seeds
  • without synthetic colorants and chemical preservatives
  • pleasantly sharp taste, perfect for meat, dressings, sauces, and dips
