Instructions

  1. Gnocchi with Pumpkin SaucePut the gnocchi, cooking cream and chicken stock in a taller pan. Bring to the boil over medium heat and stir well. Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. In the same pan with the gnocchi, add the pumpkin puree, turkey meat, chopped sun‑dried tomatoes and dried garlic. Mix well.

  3. When it's almost finished, throw in the spinach. Simmer for about 2 minutes until the spinach is soft. Season with salt, pepper and herbs and serve.
