- 500 g gnocchi
- 200 g 12% cooking cream
- 50 g parmesan
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 300 g pumpkin puree
- 300 g ready-to-eat turkey meat
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 1 pinch pepper
- 20 g dried tomatoes
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 pinch thyme
Instructions

Put the gnocchi, cooking cream and chicken stock in a taller pan. Bring to the boil over medium heat and stir well. Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 5 minutes. -
In the same pan with the gnocchi, add the pumpkin puree, turkey meat, chopped sun‑dried tomatoes and dried garlic. Mix.
