We tried both sweet and savoury and have to admit that despite being so easy, it makes an excellent quick breakfast or dinner. You can turn them into sweet "pancakes" or savoury "tacos" with different toppings.

Instructions

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs. For a smoother texture, use a blender.

Form patties using a spoon and place them onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 20‑25 minutes.
