Dry and chewy protein pancakes? Not those!🤩

The secret of the most scrumptious pancakes is one "surprising" ingredient – cottage cheese. Simply add it to the blender with the eggs, flour and a splash of milk. Just natural protein and honest ingredients. The result is a tall tower of fluffy, soft pancakes that melt on your tongue. 🥞

Instructions

  1. This will be super easy and super quick!🚀

Add eggs, cottage cheese, protein pancake mix, a splash of milk, maple syrup, a pinch of vanilla, baking soda and baking powder to a blender. Mix until smooth, with no lumps in the cottage cheese, and you have a smooth batter.

  2. Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a pan and then spoon in the batter. Fry on both sides until golden. The soda guarantees they will rise whilst being fried and turn fluffy.

  3. Divide into two portions and build a pancake tower. Add some quark and jam on top or between pancakes, then top with fresh blueberries. 🫐

    Enjoy!
