Instructions

  1. First, fry the onion and the crushed garlic in ghee.

  2. Add shredded beef or ground beef, fry as desired. Then add the spices, chopped tomatoes, a teaspoon of honey and the stock mix (whisk this in a little water). Mix everything well. Let it cook on medium to high heat until the sauce reduces.

  3. Add about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to the mini pizza base and top with grated cheese. Flip the mini pizza base over and spread with melted ghee. Then fry in the pan on each side until golden brown.

  4. Serve alone or drizzled with chilli sauce and add jalapeños and fresh herbs.
