We love tacos and we know you do too. So making them in countless ways is a perk that we enjoy a lot. This time we tried a little experiment and filled toasted mini pizza bases with caesar salad. Definitely try this tip, it's worth it!

- 3 mini pizza bases
- 1 packet canned chicken breasts
- 300 g salad mix
- 20 g parmesan
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- olive oil spray
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic granules

Prepare the base for the tacos:
Place the mini pizza base on the oven rack and bake at 200°C for 3‑5 minutes. (If you don't know how to do that, watch the video in the opening photo. :))

In the meantime, you need to make the filling:
Take the chicken breast out of the brine and shred it with a fork. Add to a bowl with salad, chopped parmesan cheese and mix together with fried croutons (toast bread cubes fried in a little oil until golden).

For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of mustard, a teaspoon of olive oil and salt, pepper and dried garlic to taste.

Mix the salad with the dressing and fill the tacos with it.
