Clafoutis is a classic French dessert made with just a few ingredients, popular for its simplicity and delicious taste. It's a distant cousin to Czech bublanina, and you can fill it with anything - cherries, blueberries, currants or chokecherries. We used seasonal cherries this time, and we didn't go wrong with our choice. 🍒
