These smashed potatoes went viral. But are they worth it? We definitely think so. Plus, they're easy to make, and the crunch is irresistible.
To add some protein, we accompanied them with a dip from Greek yoghurt and herbs.

Per 2 portions
- 550 g new potatoes
- 15 g ghee
- 3 g sweet paprika
- 3 g onion granules
- 4 g Sea Salt Flakes
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 3 g garlic granules
- 3 g himalayan salt
- 5 g herbs
- Vilgain sugar-free ketchup
Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in a pan of water.

After cooking, rinse the potatoes and transfer them to a baking paper‑lined baking sheet. Smash them using the bottom of a glass or mug (check out some videos on how to do it).

Brush them with melted Ghee, add seasoning and salt and bake at 220 °C for 50‑60 minutes.

Serve them with the yoghurt and herbs dip or with a ketchup with reduced sugar.
