Potato gratin is a very popular recipe and has been for a while. It's easy to make but absolutely delicious. Try our lighter version in which we swapped the cream for more nutritionally dense cottage cheese, but still kept the famous delicious flavour.💯

- 500 g potatoes
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- herbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Wash and scrub the potatoes, and then slice them finely.

Place them into a greased dish and add the cottage cheese with eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic and herbs. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix.

Cover the baking dish with foil or a lid.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.

Serve it as a side dish or on its own. Enjoy!
