Per 4 portions
- 500 g shrimp
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- chilli flake
- pepper
- sea salt
- coriander
- olive oil spray
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- coriander
- chilli flake
- sea salt
- pepper
- lime juice
- iceberg lettuce
- 8 mini pizza bases
Instructions

Spray the peeled shrimps with olive oil. Add the garlic and onion granules, ground cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Fry them in a dry pan. Then add a tablespoon of ghee and fry until pink. Add chopped coriander.

For the salsa, peel the mango and dice it finely together with the avocado. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.

Time to layer up. Add the lettuce to the toasted mini pizza bases, followed by the mango salsa. Finish with the fried shrimps. Top with coriander and lime juice, and serve!
