You want to celebrate St. Martin's Day, but you don't want to stick to goose or duck with cabbage and dumplings? How about trying these fancy duck tacos, with perfectly spicy final touches and tender avocado inside? Easy dinner that's ready in no time thanks to R2E meat, but you'll enjoy it to the max! 🤤

Base:
  • 100 g duck breast in brine
  • 3 mini pizza bases
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • chilli
  • dried coriander
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • lime juice
Avocado Dip:
  • 1 avocado
  • lime juice
  • 50 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • coriander
Serving:
  • 50 g red cabbage
  • 50 g carrots
  • coriander

Instructions

  1. Shredded Duck TacosHeat the oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic.

  2. Stir in the smoked paprika, cumin, chilli, coriander and cayenne pepper and let it fragrant.

  3. Add the sliced canned duck breasts to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so nothing burns.

  4. Finally, add lime juice to taste and wean off the fence. Warm up the mini pizza bases.

  5. In a small bowl, mash the avocado, add the lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the same time, cut the cabbage and carrots into small strips.

  6. And it's served! Put the avocado mixture on the pizza base, top with the meat mixture, cabbage, carrots, sprinkle with lime, sprinkle with cilantro or spring onions, serve with sour cream and enjoy!Shredded Duck TacosShredded Duck Tacos
