- 100 g duck breast in brine
- 3 mini pizza bases
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- chilli
- dried coriander
- pinch cayenne pepper
- salt
- lime juice
- 50 g red cabbage
- 50 g carrots
- coriander
Instructions

Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic. -
Stir in the smoked paprika, cumin, chilli, coriander and cayenne pepper and let it fragrant.

Add the sliced canned duck breasts to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so nothing burns.

Finally, add lime juice to taste and wean off the fence. Warm up the mini pizza bases.

In a small bowl, mash the avocado, add the lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic and chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the same time, cut the cabbage and carrots into small strips.
