If you and your friends love tacos, but you want to make something more easy and practical to serve, we have a great tip for taco cupcakes filled with ground beef. Ready with almost no work in a few minutes, but extremely rewarding for anyone. Because you can fill them differently each time and make a mega snack for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans alike. - 3 whole wheat tortillas
- 300 g ready-to-eat beef meat
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 g sweet paprika
- 2 g ground cumin
- 3 g garlic granules
- 2 g chilli
- 3 g onion granules
- 1 g oregano
- 1 g pepper
- 2 g sea salt
- 30 g avocado
- 20 g hard cheese
- 50 g tomato sauce
- 60 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 1 lime juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. -
Heat the oil in a pan, add the beef and lightly fry it. Add the crushed garlic and stir in the taco seasoning (specific ingredients in the ingredients list 😏).

Cut each tortilla into four triangles.
👉🏻 easy tip: if you don't want to cut the tortilla, use our mini pizza base.

Place the tortilla triangles or mini pizza base into the muffin tin to form a bowl. Place 2‑3 tablespoons of meat in each tortilla.

Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10‑15 minutes until the tortillas are crisp.

Once baked, add grated hard cheese, avocado, Greek yogurt and salsa.

Optionally serve with coriander and lime juice.
