- 150 g cottage cheese light
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice bacon
- iceberg lettuce
- 2 tbsp pickled red onions
- 2 slices parsley leaves
- tomato
- pinch pizza seasoning mix
- pinch himalayan salt
- pinch pepper
- baked peppers chilli sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. -
Divide the cottage cheese on a baking sheet with parchment paper and press it into rounds.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and soak up the water with a paper handkerchief.

Then shape the cottage cheese into a circle again and bake for another 10 minutes.

Carefully use a spatula or flat spatula to shape the pancake and place it on a plate. Add chopped lettuce or rocket, egg, slice of tomato, pickled onion and sprinkle with bacon and parsley.

Drizzle with chili sauce and serve.
