Instructions

  1. Start with the basics - mix cocoa, chocolate protein and a little water to create a compact mixture. Add chicory syrup and melted milk chocolate with a little coconut oil. Stir the protein crispies into the resulting mixture.

  2. Melt some white chocolate, optionally with a little coconut oil, and spread it on the bottom of silicone moulds (you can find those for biscuits here, but feel free to make nesquik cupcakes or cubes).Homemade Healthy Chocolate Bar

  3. Start layering the chocolate mixture with the protein crispies on top of the white chocolate. Put in the fridge to set and you're done!
