There are so many popsicles on the market that it's hard to choose. How about making one instead? You can mix it from whatever ingredients you fancy, so it's always slightly different. Plus, you won't have to worry they'll melt on the way from the shops. Just reach into your freezer, and you're good to go!🍧

Instructions

  1. Add mango, pineapple, lime juice and coconut to a blender and mix well.

  2. Add chopped dried mango and slightly crushed coconut slices.

  3. Pour the mixture into the moulds and leave it in the freezer, ideally overnight.

  4. Enjoy!
