- 200 ml rooibos tea
- 25 g peach clear whey protein
- 5 g pear peach collagen complex
- 200 ml water

First, brew the Rooibos tea according to the instructions on the package. If you prefer a different kind of tea, feel free to use the one that suits the recipe best. -
Before your tea cools, mix a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate and a scoop of Collagen Complex in a protein shaker, we chose both in peach flavour.

When the tea is cold, you can sweeten it with a little honey to taste.

And then just put enough ice in the glass, sliced peach and lime slices, a sprig of mint, top it all with tea and finish with a mixture of protein powder and collagen.
