- 5 g Vilgain Collagen Complex - Pear Peach Fizz
- 200 ml water

Before your tea cools, mix a scoop of Clear Whey Isolate and a scoop of Collagen Complex in a shaker, we chose both in peach flavour.

When the tea is cold, you can sweeten it with a little honey to taste.

And then just put enough ice in the glass, sliced peach and lime slices, a sprig of mint, top it all with tea and finish with a mixture of protein and collagen.
