Fancy a cold snack? Keep yoghurt bites with fruit in the freezer for a refreshing treat that will chase away sweet cravings whilst adding a nice dose of protein.
This time we tried a version with matcha for a kick, combined with the sweet and sour flavours of mango and kiwi. It's an absolute blast that you have to try too! 🫵🏻

Per 15 portions
- 500 g plain yoghurt
- 30 g white chocolate, banana and vanilla protein powder
- 15 g maple syrup
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 30 g of white chocolates
- 10 g coconut oil
- 5 g cacao nibs
- 1 kiwi
- 100 g mango
Instructions

In a larger bowl, mix the yogurt, protein and maple syrup. You can also use chicory syrup or coconut syrup to taste.

In the microwave or in a water bath, melt white chocolate chips or white chocolate chips with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Then stir in a teaspoon of matcha powder and whisk until smooth.

Next, cut the mango and kiwi into small pieces.

Spoon the matcha glaze over the yogurt in about 5‑6 places. Then use a skewer or the other side of the spoon to make zigzag lines to create a colourful mosaic. Finally, add the chopped fruit and cacao nibs.

Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.

Once firm, break into several pieces and enjoy!
