Per 3 portions
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp arrabbiata tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce spray
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- ground cumin
- chilli
- 3 slices whole wheat tortillas
- 1 red onion
- 100 g cucumber
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 60 g baby spinach
- 6 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- parsley leaves
Instructions

Clean the chicken breasts, cut them into slices and marinate them in a mixture of all the ingredients needed for the marinade.

Grease the baking dish with olive spray and layer all the slices of meat on top. Pour the marinade over them and secure them with skewers so they don't fall apart during cooking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for serving - cut all the vegetables into small pieces and warm the tortilla lightly in a dry pan.

Cut the finished meat into small strips and drizzle with the juices from the baking dish.

Put two tablespoons of Greek yogurt on a toasted tortilla, a few leaves of baby spinach or other favorite lettuce, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onion, baked meat, fresh parsley leaves and a little yogurt on top.
