3 portions
- 3 wraps
- 300 g beef mince
- 6 slices cheddar
- iceberg lettuce
- 80 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp organic ketchup
- 2 sterilized cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
-
Mix mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, chopped gherkins and onion, garlic granules and salt in a bowl.
-
Fry the beef burgers on both sides. We used pre‑made ones, but you can easily make your own from seasoned beef that you make into a ball and then squish.
-
Prepare a wrap and place two slices of cheese on top of each other.
-
Spread the prepared dressing over the cheese and top with some shredded lettuce.
-
Place the beef on top of the cheese and wrap it into a pocket. Then fold the sides of the wrap into the centre and fold the wrap in half.
-
Toast them for a little bit in a dry pan or grill, so the cheese can melt and the wrap gets toasted. Enjoy!
