- 100 g cooked rice
- 50 g ready-to-eat black beans
- 30 g tomatoes
- 20 g onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 50 g sweetcorn
- 50 g avocado
- 50 g iceberg lettuce
- 140 g ready-to-eat beef meat
- 2 tbsp lupine amino sauce
- 4 tbsp low sugar ketchup
- 30 g plain yoghurt
- coriander
Instructions

First, prepare the meat mixture - heat the beef lightly in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of lupin amino sauce and 4 tablespoons of good quality ketchup. -
In another bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, onion, some coriander, drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste.

And we're serving! Put 100g cooked rice, iceberg lettuce, tomato and onion mixture, beans, corn, sliced avocado and beef mixture in a bowl.

Finish with the yoghurt in the middle of the dish and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
