Per 1 portion
- 1 wholegrain tortilla
- 100 g beef mince
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 10 g iceberg lettuce
- 10 g onion
- 2 ml avocado oil
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp organic ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions

First prepare the dressing - mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.

Next, take out the ground beef, roll into a ball and gently roll the edges of the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper and add granulated garlic to taste.

Put the side with the meat in a pan with a little oil and sauté for about 3 minutes. Turn and fry for another 1 minute until crispy.

Chop your lettuce and onions and you can start serving.

Put the dressing, chopped lettuce and onion on the fried meat and fold the tortilla. Then just cut in half and serve with your favourite salad.
