Per 1 portion
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 100 g beef mince
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 10 g iceberg lettuce
- 10 g onion
- 2 ml avocado oil
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp organic ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions

First prepare the dressing - mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.

Next, take the ground beef, roll it into a ball and gently spread it to the edges of the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper and add garlic granules to taste.

Put the side with the meat in a pan with a little oil and sauté for about 3 minutes. Turn and fry for another 1 minute until crispy.

Chop your lettuce and onions and you can start serving.

Put the dressing, chopped lettuce and onion on the fried meat and fold the tortilla. Then just cut in half and serve with your favourite salad.
