Instructions

  1. Get ready, as this is a very quick recipe. First, mix all the dry ingredients – almond flour, ccoconut and protein powder. Then add the eggs, curd cheese, lemon zet and bake the batter.

  2. Grease the lamb cake tin with some ghee and dust with coconut. Pour in the batter and close the tin.

  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 °C for 40 minutes.
