- tbsp mayonnaise
- 80 g hard cheese
- 2 cloves garlic

It's mega easy, just grate your favourite hard cheese, mince the garlic cloves (we used 2, but if you want the spread to have a real kick, add more) and mix everything with the other ingredients.
