Going to a New Year's Eve party and don't have any snacks to bring to the communal table? Skip buying chips at the last minute and instead prepare this brutal garlic and cheese dish that's ready in 10 minutes! Then just spread it on a baguette on the spot, add a fresh garnish and off you go. 💥

This version is also more balanced and higher in protein. How so? Because we used cottage cheese and Greek yogurt as the base. 💪🏻

  • 250 g curd cheese
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • tbsp mayonnaise
  • 80 g hard cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chive

Instructions

  1. It's mega easy, just grate your favourite hard cheese, mash the garlic cloves (we used 2, but if you want the spread to have a real kick, add more) and mix everything with the other ingredients.

  2. Salt and pepper to taste, spread on baguette and add something fresh on top - tomato, tangerine or grapes.

  3. And it's... So enjoy and happy new one! ✨
