  • 1 packet Vilgain sardines
  • 100 g curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chive

Instructions

  1. In a medium‑size bowl, mash the sardines.

  2. Add the grated hard‑boiled eggs, quark, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth. 
  3. Season it with salt and pepper. You can add more lemon juice or mustard if you want it to be zingier.

  4. Serve it with fresh or toasted bread or with some vegetables. Garnish with chives.
