Base:
  • 140 g Greek yoghurt
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1,5 tsp strawberry powdered sweetener

Instructions

  1. Start by making the filling.

  2. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, chopped strawberries, and one scoop of strawberry‑flavoured powdered sweetener.

  3. Leave to freeze for 3‑4 hours. Then melt the chocolate and mix in the matcha powder.

  4. Coat the frozen scoops in chocolate and decorate with a couple of strawberry pieces. You can also season with some salt.

  5. Once the chocolate is firm, you can serve.

  6. Enjoy!
