Per 12 portions
- 6 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp wildflower honey
- 150 g light curd cheese
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp raspberry prebiotic topping
Instructions
-
The first thing to do is to prepare the base. Mix the oats and honey in a bowl. Place the mixture in the bottom of a silicone ice cube tray and mash with a spoon.
💡 TIP: we recommend using a silicone ice cube tray, the hard plastic one will be very hard to get the pieces out of.
-
You can prepare the following curd part in two ways. Either mix just the cottage cheese with the yogurt, or add a raspberry prebiotic topping to one half of the mixture for a sweeter taste. But you don't have to worry about the cottage cheese itself being sour. The flaky base is very sweet on its own thanks to the honey and will balance out the sourness of the curd.
-
Fill the rest of the icebox to the brim with the curd mixture.
-
And it's time to decorate. We'll leave that up to you, but for inspiration you can try our version where we added sliced fresh kiwi, peach and banana and also added freeze‑dried fruit, dark chocolate and extra crunchy blueberry coconut cubes. 🥥

Put the filled ice maker in the freezer overnight and the next day you'll have a refreshing snack on the table with fibre and protein. So enjoy! 🤝🏻
