But we'll make a healthier and more balanced version that serves as a healthy snack you can keep ready in the fridge or freezer, so you always have something to reach for when you're feeling hungry. Instructions

  1. Bounty BitesMix cottage cheese, protein and coconut for the base. Press the dough into the moulds. We chose a silicone one, from which the cubes come out nicely. You can also use muffin cups or other moulds.

  2. Then melt the chocolate and coconut. Pour over the mixture, sprinkle with coconut and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  3. Then enjoy them and store in the fridge or freezer and let them sit for a while before eating. Enjoy!Bounty Bites
