- 30 g grated coconut
- 60 g coconut protein
- 250 g curd cheese
- 30 g milk chocolate bar
- 10 g coconut oil
Instructions

Mix cottage cheese, protein and coconut for the base. Press the dough into the moulds. We chose a silicone one, from which the cubes come out nicely. You can also use muffin cups or other moulds. -
Then melt the chocolate and coconut. Pour over the mixture, sprinkle with coconut and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
