It's BBQ season! This dill dip works great with grilled meat, fish or veggies. You can also use it as a sauce for our tortilla crackers.

  • 140 g Greek yoghurt
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium‑sized bowl, mix Greek yoghurt and sour cream. Add the chopped fresh dill and minced or chopped garlic. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Taste and season with salt and freshly ground pepper according to your taste. If you want a more intensive dill flavour, add more chopped dill.

  3. Leave it to cool in a fridge for at least an hour, to fully release the flavours. Mix again before serving and top with some fresh dill.
