Per 1 portion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp full fat mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper

In a jar or bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
