Oven-baked veggie chips with garlic dip

Do you often feel peckish when you're watching the tv? Then we have a great tip for a healthy snack – veggie chips. They're also a great side dish for a burger or any meat. They taste the best with a Greek yoghurt dip.

Carrot chips:

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into chips. In a bowl, mix them with olive oil and seasoning.

  2. Follow the same steps with the celery and beetroot.

  3. Spread the veggie chips onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to  200 °C for 20 minutes.

  4. To make the dip, mix Greek yoghurt with maple syrup, olive oil, garlic granules, oregano, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the veggie chips with a burger, grilled meat, or on their own as a snack.
