- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 g ricotta
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 1 packet salmon fillets
- pinch salt

- pinch pizza seasoning mix
- pinch dried basil
- 10 ml olive oil

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions. We chose the classic penne. -
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown, add the ricotta and pasta water to make a sauce. Pepper and salt to taste. You can also add dried basil or pizza seasoning.
