- 210 g penne pasta
- 200 g salmon
- 1 avocado
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 10 g dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 10 g cashews
- salt
- rosemary
Instructions

Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to instructions. Steam the broccoli until fork‑tender.

To make the avocado sauce, simply mash a ripe avocado with some salt, lime juice, and a small amount of the pasta water.

Heat some avocado oil in a pan and fry the salmon. You can season it with any herbs you like – we used salt and rosemary.
