Dill sauce is a traditional Czech dish that comes with a question mark. It divides people into two camps – you either love it or hate it. There is no in between.
If you love it, then try this healthier version. You can add potatoes or dumplings, a soft‑boiled egg or lean beef. It's ready in a couple of minutes. 🚀

Per 2 portions
- 20 g ghee
- 20 g plain flour
- 25 g bouillons
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml kefir
- 250 ml milk
- 50 ml of boiled vinegar
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- salt
- dill
- 400 g potatoes
- ghee butter spray
- salt
- egg
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and chop them into pieces. Add salt, spray them with ghee and bake them.

In a pan, prepare a roux by mixing ghee and flour. Add the stock cube, water and stir thoroughly.

Add the milk and kefir. Season with vinegar, sugar, salt and dill (it's up to you whether you like it sweeter or sour)

Leave it to cook and prepare soft‑boiled eggs in the meantime. Add as many eggs as you want, or opt for beef.

You can serve it with the roasted potatoes, eggs or beef. Enjoy!
