For 2 portions
- 1 cauliflower
- 60 g corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornflour
- olive oil spray
Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into big florets.

Season them with garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and add a teaspoon of cornflour.

Mix it well so the seasoning mixture covers the cauliflower florets fully.

Spray olive oil all over, and mix again.

Finally, coat the cauliflower in corn breadcrumbs and fry it in an air fryer at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

You can serve it with potatoes or on its own with your favourite dip.
