Which one is your favourite seasonal fruit? For us, juicy nectarines immediately spring to mind. That's why we squeezed in almost half a kilo into this crunchy crumble.

But you don't have to prepare crumble only with nectarines. There are endless sweet or sour options in summer, and in winter, you can use apples or frozen fruit. Crumble is easy to make all year round.

Nectarines:
  • 450 g nectarines
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

  2. Destone the nectarines and cut them into half moons. Mix them with cinnamon and starch. Place them at the bottom of the baking dish.

  3. Mix the crumble ingredients to form a crumbly mixture. Spread it over the nectarines.

  4. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.

  5. For a perfect finish, serve it with yoghurt or ice cream.
