Ingredients
- 1 packet pinsa base
- 3 tsp pesto rosso
- 1 packet low fat cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 60 g prosciutto
- baby spinach
- sea salt
- pizza seasoning mix
- pepper
Instructions

Place the pins on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brush with pesto, cottage cheese and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.

Place the ham on top, crack the eggs and sprinkle with spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
