Per 4 portions
- 70 g oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 200 ml water
- himalayan salt
- pepper
- 1 avocado
- 4 eggs
Instructions

Add the oats, chia seeds, seasoning and salt to a bowl and pour in the water.

Mix with an immersion blender.

Fry 4 smaller patties on both sides for 1‑2 minutes. You can fry them in a dry pan or use a small amount of oil.

Mash the avocado and season it with salt. Scramble the eggs and season with salt too.

Spread the mashed avocado over the chia wrap and top with the scrambled egg. Fold in the middle and serve.
