Instructions

  1. Cut half of the peppers into smaller cubes and the other half into slices. Do the same with the onions.

  2. Fry the chicken in a little oil, add a little salt and pepper.

  3. In the same pan, fry 1/2 onion until golden brown, add 1/2 sliced peppers, let it simmer for a while and mix the vegetables with the chicken.

  4. In a bowl next to the yogurt mix with a little salt and granulated garlic.

  5. Prepare also a salsa that completes the wrap perfectly - mix vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Then whisk in 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir in finely chopped 1/2 onion and 1/2 pepper.

  6. Then just layer - spread the yogurt base on the warmed tortilla, top with the chicken mixture with peppers and onions and wrap the tortilla in the burrito.
