  • 7 g spring onion
  • 1 tsp tomato puree
  • 10 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  2. Brush the larger tortilla with the dip and place lettuce, lightly browned chicken, cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, pickle slices, chips in the middle and top with a smaller tortilla (cut from a regular tortilla or use a mini pizza base).

  3. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla, which overhang, around over the top smaller tortilla to create a filled pocket.
