- 2 slices wrap
- 1 slice cheddar
- 100 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 10 g sweetcorn
- 10 g organic potato chips
- 10 g pickle
- 10 g tomatoes
- 5 g onion
- salad mix
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 7 g spring onion
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- 10 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- pepper

First, mix all the ingredients for the dip. -
Brush the larger tortilla with the dip and place lettuce, lightly browned chicken, cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, pickle slices, chips in the middle and top with a smaller tortilla (cut from a regular tortilla or use a mini pizza base).

Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla, which overhang, around over the top smaller tortilla to create a filled pocket.
